Each chapter centers on a different area of focus, including research, questions, and practices to help anyone improve their mental and emotional health.

Tanya Witman is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and Certified Trauma Professional based in Tucson, Arizona. Holding a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Goddard College, she integrates yoga, bodywork, movement, music, and play to relieve functional restrictions and foster deeper connections. Her holistic approach compassionately supports individuals navigating grief, anxiety, chronic pain, and life transitions.
Tanya developed Harmonic Integration as a cumulative collection of best practices during her graduate studies, blending research-backed strategies with a deeply intuitive understanding of healing. A lifelong learner, she is passionate about helping others cultivate their own living wellness practices. She lives in Arizona with her partner, supported by a vibrant community of like-minded game-changers.
